Mason is very professional and friendly. He took great care of my car, Lady, as he put her on the tow truck. He towed Lady to the dealership late Friday night and waited until I was safe to leave. I appreciate Mason! While I hope I never need towing service, if I do, I hope Mason would be the one looking out for me.

My insurance company provided them as a towing service after the first company they recommended failed to complete the job. I had Mason in truck #4 who was awesome to work with. Super fast and responsive and the service was handled professionally. An actual human to talk to about how things were being handled every step of the way. Just top notch. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service and honest. The tow guy put his life and soul into trying to get my cars plate off my car. Great company and I will forever put my faith into them. FOR ANYONE USING PEDDLE: peddle is not the company towing your vehicle, it is 5 star that’s doing it. Just because peddle says they’ll be there at a certain time, does not mean that can be done. Be upfront and honest to 5 star towing about that and they’ll work with you to get your car towed. I thought I was frustrated with 5 star but in reality, it puts 5 star in a really weird situation.
