My pick-up truck broke down this evening and I arranged for a tow with 5 Star Towing & Recovery. Mason (truck 4) arrived quickly and was very courteous and professional. He towed the vehicle to a local auto repair shop and positioned it in the lot without blocking other vehicles. While no one ever wants to need a tow, as I mentioned above this company was prompt, courteous and professional.

A-a-Ron is the man! Great communication and was right on time (he was there before me...Oops). customer service is on point. they were working with the company that was buying my car, and Aaron was able to get me double the original offer. A++

Mason is very professional and friendly. He took great care of my car, Lady, as he put her on the tow truck. He towed Lady to the dealership late Friday night and waited until I was safe to leave. I appreciate Mason! While I hope I never need towing service, if I do, I hope Mason would be the one looking out for me.

My insurance company provided them as a towing service after the first company they recommended failed to complete the job. I had Mason in truck #4 who was awesome to work with. Super fast and responsive and the service was handled professionally. An actual human to talk to about how things were being handled every step of the way. Just top notch. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
