Great customer service and honest. The tow guy put his life and soul into trying to get my cars plate off my car. Great company and I will forever put my faith into them. FOR ANYONE USING PEDDLE: peddle is not the company towing your vehicle, it is 5 star that’s doing it. Just because peddle says they’ll be there at a certain time, does not mean that can be done. Be upfront and honest to 5 star towing about that and they’ll work with you to get your car towed. I thought I was frustrated with 5 star but in reality, it puts 5 star in a really weird situation.

I only had a brief experience with 5 star towing, but as far as I'm concerned, this service deserves 5 stars!!! I got a flat tire, and the whole situation has been so easy with this company, thankfully. Dana came to tow my car in no time! He was so friendly, professional, and answered all our questions. Instead of being stressed out, I am calm knowing Dana has it taken care of. Also, it was cold and rainy but Dana was still very pleasant and helpful! Thank you Dana!

I expected to wait hours on account of the holiday but Moe was out to me in about 45 minutes. He was very helpful and courteous, and got my car dropped off at the repair shop without any hassle. Quick and friendly service, they communicated well, reasonably priced, and my driver(Dana) was great to deal with.

Aaron saved my day when my serpentine belt shredded on my way home from a 13 hour nursing shift. The operator was transparent in letting me know that the driver would accept cash or credit card and quoted me 220$ 40 minute drive home. Aaron showed up within about half an hour from my initial call. He called me to let me know that he was on his way, and had my car on the flatbed within 5 minutes! Aaron put the extra initiative in place to ensure that my standard transmission car was in gear and had its parking brake engaged before we left for added safety. He is an excellent driver, arrived professionally dressed, and has a great personality which made the entire 40 minute drive comfortable and even had me laughing. The truck was clean, the ride was comfortable and it was clear that Aaron truly cared about his vehicle and work both within the company and community as a firefighter. Employees who truly care are hard to find in any profession and I hope that this young man receives the recognition he truly deserves for the excellent work he is providing. Thank you Aaron and 5 star for getting me home safely.

Dana was great! Came quick, was extremely professional, and offered some good advice on what to do & where to go to get parts for my vehicle.

These guys are amazing. Moe and his partner were super. I was stuck in the storm at the base of a driveway. They dug out my car and got me on the road and then told me to get in the car and brushed it off for me. Definitely recommend these guys. They made a scary experience so much better, thanks again.
