My tire popped on my way to work and left me stranded with my 2 year old. I needed to get roadside assistance through my insurance. Mo, from Five Star was sent out. Him, and his colleague, were very friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Drove to buffalo for bills/jags game from rochester with my kids. Had an ugly tire blow out in blasdell. Was recommended to 5 star service from state farm. Got a call from Aaron at 5 star within 15 minutes of process, this was within an hour of game starting. He was professional, sumpathetic to issue, went beyond to help us personally and offered support suggestions. Towed my SUV to his service location, explained the process to ease my concerns and helped my get through the evening more than he had to. I would recommend 5 Star accross the board going forward...and will. Thanks again, Aaron.

Amazing service from Christian. He came out and winched out my car that had a tire stuck on a trailer. It was a slightly longer wait, but once he got there, it took him no time. He also had a confident precision in both using his winch and backing up his truck in a tight space. Very friendly and understanding. Absolutely sensed no judgement. Would hire again!!!!

The customer service is AMAZING and the flexibility is even better. Huck went out within an hour and did the service. I work for a large corporation and I called 5 Star Towing to provide a service (very last minute) at one of our retail locations and they were fast, easy to work with and also had photos.

Had an issue with my clutch blowing out while driving it. Was stuck about 10 mi from my house. The driver (Ahmed) was absolutely fantastic. Towed my car with absolute zero issues. Five Star Was extremely fair about pricing. They Took care of my car in every way. I had zero issues or damage. My car is slammed to the ground so it's hard to hook up to and needs ramps to get on anything. Not only did the driver go above and beyond what was necessary. But he also treated me with 100% respect. Not to mention he also pushed my car into my driveway that has a slight hill incline. The dudes a champ. And I 100% appreciate him.
